If so I’ve experienced all this and more and I’m here for you mama! Let me tell you, that you are not alone and your feelings are completely valid and oh so normal. For me the first few months after I gave birth was a total hospital blur and once we finally were home I struggled. Like, I really struggled with guilt, overwhelm, sadness, I felt like I didn’t belong in my body, so lost with how and where I fit into my new world. I thought the transition to being a mama would be so easy and natural. Parts of it yes, felt very organic and graceful. The letting go of my expectations, what my career used to look like, and to be honest my ego was (still sometimes is) a challenge. I didn’t know how to manage with a little one. Dedicating to continue my deep inner work and education with USM, I have been able to clear and process so many of the obstacles and emotions that were holding me back from being able to fully show up in all areas of my life. Connecting to the truth of who I am as a mother, wife and most importantly as my best self!

If so you’re exactly where you need to be right now! I have completely manifested this amazing life that I didn’t even know was possible. All by being very clear on my intentions and by trusting that the universe only wants the very best for me. Most importantly by being open to what is possible! I coulnd’t even begin to wrap my head around what my life looks like now if I would have been told 15 years ago what I would accomplish. I opened my own, very successful yoga studio. Then I had the opportunity to sell it to become a private flight attendant, jet setting all over the world. Met my husband that checks all my boxes. While flying all over the world I was able to take Spiritual Psychology classes at USM. I’ve been able to balance being home with my son, continuing being a flight attendant, travel the world with my family and build this incredible business. These are just a few of the many incredible things I have manifested in my life. Has it always been easy and seamless, honestly no. I’m human, I get stressed and start to overthink everything. When I have those moments I remind myself of how powerful of a manifestor I am. I connect back to my center, my truth, realign with my intentions, and know that so much more magic awaits me!
